Below The Salt was born from Gabby’s love of tablescaping, first developed through working with brands and crafting dining experiences that told a story through every detail. This grew into broader experience as a creative producer across various industries.   

Today, inspired by the medieval tradition where “above the salt” meant privilege, we flip the story - creating inclusive, stylish settings where everyone feels welcome. From tablescapes to event production (and rentals to make it happen), we season each experience with warmth and creativity.
